Love this Matt. I often feel guilt about my “to be read”pile and all the books I have scattered by my bed, throughout my office and in other various spots but I love this perspective of book buddies. ❤️

You said-“There is something almost contradictory about using books as reminders to stop reading, but that may be one of the most valuable roles they can play.”

I tend to read informational books slow. I love to process, connect, and transfer to my life and work. In the moment, the reading slow can feel unproductive because you see all the other books to read, but this was a great reminder of the important work happening from slowing down.
