I'm a bit worried that'll take attention away from creating longer form content but it seems so far that most people just restack older content from others and themselves.
The positive aspect it is the ease of discovery of other writers.
There are definitely many fine writers here, and I agree that the features for discoverability, like recommendations, are great.
