Recognizing the habit of keeping a mental list of everything. On that note, I have never been effective with taking notes.
Keeping a journal has been an interest for some time and making it a perfect motivator. Motivating ones self can be difficult. Knowing that personal interest absolutely makes a difference, this is a perfect opportunity for a healthy habit.
That's great to see you realizing this on 'paper'. I highly recommend not just keeping a mental list, but a list on 'paper' as this will help you to organize your ideas.
